4.**Cancellation**: We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. However, we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

1.**Paid by Customer**: Generally, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2.**Paid by Fresh Buy**: In cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item has been sent, "Fresh Buy" will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you with the return process and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
